The operating system of the system is provided by T-WIN Pro Truck Scale software. Thanks to the management of the system from the central computer, the vehicle entering from any scale can perform exit operations from another scale in multiple scale applications. The reader module which enables the vehicle to be recognized by the system is RF-ID antenna and the label is mounted on the vehicle. When the vehicle enters the weigher, the code and information on the label is read before the driver leaves the vehicle and the vehicle is recognized and the weighing operations are carried out quickly and safely. At the end of the weighing process, the weighing results of the vehicle are automatically stored in memory. In accordance with customer demand, the tare of the continuously weighed vehicles, which are continuously weighed, can be stored in memory in advance and the weighing possibility can be provided in one stage or in the plants with more than one scale, the scales can be separated as input and output scales, making the traffic flow more efficient.
2- Tuna T-KIOSK-Card System (Kart)
It is an Automatic Vehicle Recognition terminal that allows the automatic recognition of vehicles in serial weighing facilities where vehicle traffic is dense, weighing operations without operator, and multi-scale weighing automation. In addition, the weighing room (shed) is not to be used or product code, etc. There is a model option that can meet the functional demands for the applications to be entered in the information. According to the place and shape of the application, the scale can be mounted in-out or in both directions. The most important and different feature is that the driver can perform weighing operations without getting out of the vehicle.
The system consists of the T-WIN Pro Truck Scale software on the computer connected to the kiosk and the truck scale. In the system that uses a smart card that can make contactless reading, when the vehicle enters and leaves the scale, the driver can read the card to the kiosk panel and the vehicle identification and weighing process is performed. At the end of the weighing process, the weighing results of the vehicle are automatically stored in memory. The tares of the vehicles which are continuously weighed in line with the customer demand are stored in memory in advance and the possibility of weighing in a single stage is provided.
