Akçansa has achieved a significant milestone in the international sustainability ratings conducted by Refinitiv. As of September 2025, the company raised its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance score to 88, securing the top position among 132 global building materials companies.
Guided by its principle of “responsible work for the future,” Akçansa continues to create broad and positive impact—ranging from reducing environmental and social footprint to delivering societal value—through its sustainability-driven initiatives.
Refinitiv’s evaluation highlighted Akçansa’s strong ESG performance and highly transparent reporting practices, with the score of 88 representing the highest level of achievement in these areas.
