One of Türkiye’s leading cement producers, Akçansa, continues to demonstrate strong performance in environmental sustainability. The company has once again proven its commitment to sustainability by maintaining its A- (leadership) score in the 2024 Climate Change Program of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), one of the world’s most prestigious environmental reporting platforms.
Additionally, Akçansa was also evaluated in CDP’s Water Security Program, receiving a B score, placing it at the ‘management’ level. As a joint venture of Sabancı Holding and Heidelberg Materials, Akçansa has voluntarily participated in the CDP platform since 2011, consistently demonstrating its dedication to combating climate change.
