Akçansa, a joint venture of Sabancı Holding and Heidelberg Materials, continues to create broad value for its customers through digital transformation initiatives under its ready-mix concrete brand, Betonsa.
Through its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project, implemented in collaboration with Salesforce, a leading software company, Betonsa enables its sales teams to track construction projects digitally, regardless of time or location. Customers can also initiate purchase processes via Akçansa’s website and easily communicate with the sales teams.
The next phase of the project aims to allow customers to manage all commercial and operational processes of their construction sites in an integrated manner through a single digital portal.

Commenting on the initiative, Akçansa CEO Vecih Yılmaz stated that the project provides effective, fast, and life-simplifying solutions to customer demands.
