Turkey’s leading building materials company Akcansa has concluded its recruitment program initiated to include the new graduates into its structure. The applicants were taken into a comprehensive interview and their resumes, volunteer work and business goals were examined in detail. At the end of this process, young talents who met Akcansa senior management team and presented their projects were taken into the final evaluation and recruits were completed in the program where approximately 5 thousand people applied. Candidates experienced the orientation process in the Akcansa Universe, a first in the industry Young people who started their careers in Akcansa completed their orientation in the specially designed Akcansa Universe with VR technology. By wearing virtual reality glasses in Akcansa Universe, young people toured the departments within the company and found answers to all the questions in their minds.
