The congress held one in three years by the European Ready Mixed Concrete Organization (ERMCO) will be organized in Istanbul in 2015 by Turkish Ready Mixed Concrete Association (TRMCA). According to the explanation made on the issue; a presentation that introduces Turkey and TRMCA was made by TRMCA in the Meeting of Board of Directors of ERMCO held in Verona, Italy under the 2012 ERMCO Congress. At the end of the meeting, Board of Directors of ERMCO resolved that ERMCO 2015 Congress be organized by TRMCA. After announcement of the resolution that ERMCO 2015 will be held in Istanbul to the ERMCO members attending the ERMCO 2102 Congress and the presentation to the ERMCO members by TRMCA; ERMCO President Stein Tosterud granted the official symbol of ERMCO Congress to Ayhan Güleryüz, Chairman of Board of Directors of TRMCA. Meanwhile; TRMCA, which is member of ERMCO since 1991, had organized 11th Congress of ERMCO in Istanbul in 1995. TRMCO had also represented Turkey by hosting the Meeting of Board of Directors of ERMCO held in Antalya in 1998 as well as the Meeting of Representatives of ERMCO held in Istanbul in 2005.
