As a leading company in the cement sector, Bursa Cement met with its dealers, whom it considers “the most important solution partner.” While Bursa Cement being evaluated for 2022, the dealers were informed about the future targets and new investment. Also at the meeting, Strategist, Journalist Metehan Demir and Economist Associate Professor Dr. Levent Yılmaz shared the world and national agenda.
Speaking at the dealer meeting held at the Almira Hotel, Bursa Cement General Manager Osman Nemli expressed his pleasure in hosting the participants. Nemli mentioned that the wide dealer networks contributed greatly to the growth and development process of Bursa Cement and said, “I would like to thank each of you for your successful performances. I believe that we will continue our journey of growing together as we have so far.”
Stating that they will continue to move forward with confident steps towards the future by joining hands with all their stakeholders, Nemli noted that they will move towards their goals by working harder and more efficiently.

Making statements about the 2023 targets at the meeting, Nemli said that they hit the button for investment in environment and technology in their existing factories. With their new investment with the slogan “Renewed Bursa Cement for the Sustainable Future,” Nemli stated that calorific consumption will decrease while energy consumption will decrease and added “At the same time, there will be 10% less electricity consumption, 35% less CO2 emissions from combustion, 10% less use of natural raw materials and less water consumption, 50% less number of chimneys, 40% less NOX emissions, 25% less environmental dust emissions. With the state-of-the-art machine and software park to use, we will rise to a leading position in our industry on digital transformation. With our new investment, we will use the best technologies in the world. As an exemplary factory in our industry, we will continue to contribute to our city of birth and the economy of the country.”
