REMFORCE ECO 50 MF is produced from natural aggregates that yields low Al203 but can easily enter into the mullite phase due to the chemical inputs which it contains. Its FE203 ratio is quite low. It is a concrete that is viscous almost as much as Self Flow and that can be poured with little water and vibration. The setting duration begins nearly at the same time in the open and closed surfaces of the moulds. And that brings ease and energy of application. REMFORCE ECO 50 MF is a ULCC concrete that can be applied with pouring method. Therefore, its CaO ratio is very low. For this reason, it increases refractoriness. Its ability to easy phase change increases the abrasion and erosion resistance of our concrete. In addition, its performance can be increased to a much better state with the contributions of SIC and ZIRKON. REMFORCE ECO 50 MF is the most economical performance concrete that is self-sufficient. The name of its injection method is REMLOWGUN 50 MF. REMFORCE ECO UNIMIX 50 MF can be applied with both injection and pouring methods.

Application Method
The equipment required to apply our REMFORCE ECO 50 MF concretes is the same as our REMLOWCAST concretes:
- A powerful high-density mixer with a volume of 0.08-0.11m³
- Availability of drinkable water
- Expansion joint forms
- Temperature scale
- Water measurement tanks
- 17000 – 18000 VPM submerged vibrator
Dry material is discharged into the pallet mixer after net weighing. Mixer; should be running for 1 minute before adding water. The water to be added is weighed beforehand; For 100 kg of material, 5 – 5.5 kg of water is poured into the slow rotating mixer. The mixer is run for 3 – 5 minutes. You can observe the attained viscousity of the concrete when you stop the mixer. Pour into the mold without any delay and apply a small amount of vibration. Cover the exposed surface with a nylon or wet cloth while the concrete sets.
