Çimsa, a Sabancı Holding affiliate known as one of the global players of the building materials sector, held the 3rd Building Chemicals Seminar at Sakıp Sabancı Museum on September 21. At the seminar, Çimsa, together with its business partners, evaluated the trends and dynamics shedding light on the future of the sector. The seminar, which enjoyed a high rate of participation, offered insight into the innovative applications and technical developments carried out in the building chemicals sector.

In her speech, Çimsa General Manager Nevra Özhatay pointed out to the innovation investments and the cement sector-leading innovative implementations that they made as a global player of the Turkish cement sector. “The Turkish cement sector’s one and only R&D Center Formulhane (Formulation Place), established in 2000 and registered by the Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology this March, presents us various types of cements under the roof of the Name of the Formula as an innovation base.
