Operating under Akçansa’s Betonsa brand, the Gebze Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant has successfully passed an independent audit conducted by the Turkish Ready-Mixed Concrete Association Quality Assurance System Economic Enterprise (KGS). As a result, the plant has once again renewed its Responsible Sourcing Certification at the gold level, awarded by the Concrete Sustainability Council (CSC).
Continuing its efforts to use resources efficiently, Akçansa remains committed to sustainability-focused initiatives and continues to receive recognition for its achievements. The Gebze Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant, operating under the Betonsa brand, has further improved its sustainability performance, securing the renewal of its gold-level certification.

Emphasizing that the Gebze Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant was the first facility in Türkiye to be certified by the Concrete Sustainability Council, Akçansa General Manager Vecih Yılmaz expressed his satisfaction with the recognition of their dedicated efforts in sustainability. He stated:
