We aim to introduce ABC’s wide product portfolio to Sika’s distribution channel and introduce Sika’s related product portfolio to ABC’s sales channel and, thus, create a significant synergy to accelerate our growth in this market.
As this acquisition will allow Sika’s current sales channel to benefit from ABC’s product portfolio not only in the domestic market but also in the Middle Eastern and African markets in particular, we will also be contributing to the export potential of our country. We welcome ABC employees to the Sika Family, and we are very excited that we, together, will work as a much bigger and stronger team.”
