As part of this year’s tenth edition of the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, Limak Cement’s practices in human resources, learning, and development were recognized at an international level.
At the prestigious Stevie Awards for Great Employers, which evaluates employer branding, employee experience, human resources, and internal leadership practices on a global scale, Limak Cement received the Gold Stevie Award for “Best Transformation Strategy” with its Triple Transformation Approach-Based HR Transformation Strategy and for “HR Team of the Year” with its human resources practices.
Aligned with its global learning and development objectives, Limak Çimento’s Global Academy, established to support continuous employee development, strengthen corporate knowledge, and promote shared values, was awarded the Silver Stevie Award in the “HR Team of the Year” category. The NextGen Women Engineers Internship Program received the Silver award for “Excellence in Comprehensive Corporate Learning Programs,” and the Employee Engagement Strategy won Silver in the “Success in Employee Engagement” category.
