Energy distribution, process control systems and commissioning services of Limak Kilis 5000 tons/ day Integrated Cement Plant are performed by ECF Engineering on turn-key basis.
In this facility, which was undersigned with Limak Cement Group in 2018, the engineering and equipment procurement has been provided and fieldassembly works continue for almost 10 months.
Going to have a total installed power of (0 MVA with two 32(40 MVA) power transformers at 154 kV /6.3 kV rated voltage, for the plant, installation of all power lines, and all transformers and power distribution systems was completed by ECF Engineering and the works are still ongoing with a current completion rate of 75% for the energy distribtion infrastructure and 20% for process-related sections depending on the progress.
Expressing that this plant, which is constructed by employing advanced technology to ensure energy-efficiency, will become one of the most
distinguished plants of Limak Cement Group when completed, Okan ERDAVE, General Coordinator of ECF Engineering, emphasizing his pride and honor in taking part in the plant said “Our biggest wish is to continue with having no industrial accident incidents as none has occurred until now. Planned production date is October, 2019. We will strive to complete the investment on the specified dates in line with our principle of ‘continue to work regardless of any adverse conditions and negativities and giving confidence to the principal’ which is one of the most important principles of ECF. ECF project team is self devoted and shows great effort for the work together with its executives and employees. I hereby would like to extend my gratitude to them.”.
ERDEVE stated that ECF Engineering is one of the highest level of works among the ones in terms of scope and budget since its foundation and that it is of great importance that this project be completed in a healthy and timely manner under the required conditions within the scope of its responsibilities.
