Dr. Tamer Saka appointed to the presidency of Sabancı Holding Cement Group which incorporates Akçansa, Çimsa and Yünsa companies. Saka started his new duty April 2.
Tamer Saka completed his undergraduate, post graduate and doctorate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration. He was in duty at Arthur Andersen and Ernst&Young companies as Manager and Senior Manager responsible for Risk Management Consulting services and in 2004 he joined Sabancı Holding as Risk Management Director.
Between 2010 and 2011 he served as Managing Director responsible for the business development activities of about 20 countries, Turkey is also one of them, in Willis London. As of December 2011, Tamer Saka has been working as Kibar Holding Strategy and Business Development Coordinator. As of May 2012, he has been the Chairman of Automotive and Corporate Functions Group and Board Member of Kibar Holding. Tamer Saka is continuing his duty as the CEO of Kibar Holding since 2014.
