Saint-Gobain has once again been awarded the “Top Employer Global” certification for the 11th consecutive year, thanks to its people-centric corporate culture and holistic human resources practices implemented across 40 countries. With this achievement, the Group continues to be among only 16 companies worldwide entitled to receive this certification.
Successfully implementing globally defined human resources policies at the local level, Saint-Gobain Türkiye was also awarded the “Top Employer” certificate by the Top Employers Institute for the 9th consecutive year.
100 Percent Achievement in Ethics and Integrity
The evaluation process conducted by the Top Employers Institute revealed that the Saint-Gobain Group has reached a high level of competence and organizational maturity in its human resources practices. Aligned with its long-term objectives, the Group achieved strong results across multiple categories through its structured people and culture policies.
Meeting 100 percent of the criteria in the Ethics and Integrity category demonstrated that Saint-Gobain has adopted a transparent and institutionalized ethical approach fully aligned with its “Principles of Conduct and Action.” In the Purpose and Values category, Saint-Gobain achieved a success rate of 99.85 percent, reflecting the establishment of a strong and shared corporate culture in line with its corporate purpose, “Making the World a Better Home.”
In the Learning category, a 4.07 percent improvement and a fulfillment rate of 97.32 percent reaffirmed the importance Saint-Gobain places on employee capability development and career journeys. Meanwhile, the Sustainability category recorded a 1.51 percent increase, reaching 91.97 percent, indicating that environmental and social priorities are being increasingly integrated into human resources and management practices.
Above-Standard Performance from Saint-Gobain Türkiye
As part of the global evaluation, the assessment carried out in Türkiye by the Top Employers Institute showed that Saint-Gobain Türkiye has achieved a high level of maturity and consistency in its human resources practices within the Group. The high scores obtained demonstrated that the Turkish organization made a meaningful contribution to the Group’s global performance.
In the 2026 evaluation period, Saint-Gobain Türkiye achieved an overall score of 91.7 percent, exceeding the reference benchmark of 84.9 percent by 6.82 points. This result strongly confirmed that the company has adopted a systematic, sustainable people and culture approach aligned with its long-term business objectives.
A closer look at the detailed results shows that Saint-Gobain Türkiye recorded a performance of 98.32 percent in the Attraction category, exceeding the reference value by 13.9 points. Scores of 93.39 percent in Governance and Strategy, 93.82 percent in Development, 87.69 percent in Engagement, and 94 percent in Purpose and Values were also achieved. These strong results in employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, and purpose and values once again demonstrated that Saint-Gobain Türkiye places an ethical, inclusive, and people-oriented employer approach at the center of its corporate culture.
