Seza Cement gathered with its dealers in Antalya between January 21–24. During the event, the company unveiled for the first time its Smart Vehicle Acceptance and Automated Loading System Project, which it has been developing for the past year to maximize operational efficiency. The organization, attended by Seza Cement executives, employees, and dealers from across Türkiye, provided an opportunity for stakeholders to step away from their intensive work schedules, plan for the upcoming period, and evaluate future strategies through mutual exchange of ideas.
Emphasizing the strategic importance of dealers throughout Seza Cement’s 10-year journey, Prof. Dr. Yasemin Açık, Chair of the Board of Directors of Seza Cement, stated: “When I look back on these 10 years today, I see that our greatest strength is the strong bond of love, respect, and trust we have built with you. Our dealers, who represent our corporate identity in the field, rebuild the reliability of our brand every single day. By conveying not only their own views but also the demands and expectations of our customers, they add value to our operational processes. Taking these inputs into account, we simplify our business processes and grow together. I wish that in many more decades to come, we will continue to achieve much greater successes together.”
New technology investment to accelerate order and dispatch processes
At the meeting, Seza Cement also introduced for the first time its Smart Vehicle Acceptance and Automated Loading System, the newest link in its chain of technology investments. The project, which has been under development for approximately one year and will be actively commissioned in the upcoming season, is based on a software and automation-driven structure covering all stages from order placement to dispatch and on-site acceptance. With this new investment, Seza Cement aims to make cement ordering and dispatch processes faster, more reliable, and more controlled, while minimizing human-related errors and establishing a more transparent operational structure.
Seza Cement’s 2030 vision shaped by twin transformation
Shaping its operational processes with a twin transformation vision in its 10th year, Seza Cement began utilizing artificial intelligence technologies as of last year. The company plans to establish an R&D Center in cooperation with Fırat University in 2026 and aims to bring digitalization and sustainability together by reducing the clinker ratio in green cement below legal limits by 2030.
