Sabancı Holding subsidiary Çimsa has implemented significant changes to its organizational structure. Based on the decisions taken at the Board of Directors meeting on December 30, 2025, appointments to the Board of Directors and the General Manager position will take effect as of January 1, 2026.
In its disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company announced that Umut Zenar will be appointed to the Board of Directors, filling the vacancy left by the resignation of Board Member Şerafettin Karakış, subject to approval at the next general assembly. Zenar has also been elected as Chairman of the Board, while Burak Turgut Orhun will serve as Vice Chairman.
In addition, following Zenar’s resignation from the General Manager role, Mustafa Aydın, the Company’s Deputy General Manager of Finance and Financial Affairs, has been appointed to act as General Manager in addition to his current responsibilities.
According to the company’s statement, these appointments aim to strengthen the organizational structure and ensure the effective continuation of management processes.
