The Turkish Ready-Mixed Concrete Association (THBB) recognized outstanding facilities in its 4th Blue Helmet Occupational Safety Awards, organized to raise awareness of occupational health and safety in the ready-mixed concrete sector.
Aiming to strengthen the culture of occupational health and safety in the ready-mixed concrete industry, THBB continuously promotes exemplary projects in this field. The 4th Blue Helmet Occupational Safety Competition, organized by THBB to inform sector facilities, raise awareness, encourage best practices, and evaluate their adequacy in occupational health and safety, has now been completed.
The awards were presented during a ceremony held on November 12, 2025, as part of the BETON 2025 Fair and Summit. The ceremony was attended by THBB Chairman Yavuz Işık, members of THBB’s Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, as well as numerous industry representatives.
Following evaluations by expert auditors, a total of five facilities that successfully met the criteria were awarded.
According to the audit results, Selka Çukurhisar Ready-Mixed Concrete Facility won first place. Çimsa Adapazarı and Çimsa Tece Ready-Mixed Concrete Facilities shared second place, while Batıbeton Kemalpaşa and Çimbeton Aliağa Ready-Mixed Concrete Facilities shared third place.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of plaques to the auditors in recognition of their contributions to the 4th THBB Blue Helmet Occupational Safety Awards Competition.
