Greece-based global cement and building materials producer Titan SA has announced that it has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Traçim Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

The transaction includes a modern integrated cement plant with an annual production capacity of approximately 2.5 million tons. Serving the growing local market, the plant also has the capacity to export to neighboring countries and the United States.

This strategic investment strengthens TITAN’s existing heavy materials operations in Türkiye while complementing its presence with a cement grinding plant and a pozzolana quarry in the Marmara region. It also supports the company’s export capacity to the U.S.

The purchase price for 100% of the company’s shares is approximately $190 million. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary legal procedures and regulatory approvals. The acquisition is projected to contribute over $140 million in sales, more than $50 million in EBITDA, and be accretive to earnings per share (EPS) in 2026, with further performance improvements expected from synergies in the following years.
