Providing sustainable productivity solutions, Atlas Copco organized an international sales event with more than 900 participants from 68 countries. In the event, the pressurized air nitrogen new product varieties were introduced.
Smart AIR Solutions are complete air or gas solutions designed to provide our customers the lowest lifecycle costs for their equipment. Compressors, blowers and booster units combined with quality air solutions such as air dryers, coolers, nitrogen generators, filters and energy recovery solutions, and are fully optimized to work together most efficiently and reliably. Our Smart AIR solutions are valid for all our customers and include not only products but also services.
A total of 12 new products which each one optimized for the best possible performance in terms of energy efficiency, reliability and air quality, offered to the market.
The new low pressure blower series include ZB and ZM centrifugal products, ZS screwed blowers and ZL lobe blowers. These products are extensions of existing series that increase installation flexibility with new compact designs.
The new ZT 90-160 VSD / ZR 90-160 VSD + and GA 90 + -160 (VSD +) air compressors make significant energy savings than previous generations. The new ZH 1000-3150 centrifugal compressors, which increase flow rates and energy saving for large-scale customers, and the new ZP high-pressure air-cooler pack series for customers who need pressure up to 42 bar, are also presented at launch.
With the new innovative MDG rotary drum drier series with guaranteed -40°C dew point and minimum energy consumption, three new quality air products and space saving dual filter design and the newly activated carbon tower series are also presented at the launch.
To maximize the control and monitoring of full pressurized air systems, Atlas Copco has developed a new centralized control and monitoring system Optimizer 4.0. This optimizes the compressed air system using the most efficient combination of air compressors and driers, while ensuring the needed pressure to minimize the required service times or balancing the operating hours.
Completely Industry 4.0 compliant Optimizer 4.0 provides digital integration of the compressed air system with other networked smart devices to improve equipment performance, improve preventative maintenance, and further improve the energy efficiency while using the Internet of the Objects technology.
