What is a Mobile Station?
A mobile station is a complete heat/steam power station consisting of equipment and devices that produce central heating water, service water or steam within a portable container. Since the station inholds all equipment, it can be operated by only pressing a button and it can be easily carried everywhere.
Advantages Of A Mobile Station
We can list the essential advantages of a mobile steam power station, that can be used for various purposes, as follows:
*It is a full automatic package system. It consists of all the electricity, fuel, water, purification and all installation equipment on it. You only need to press a button in order to operate.
*It is a portable unit. Due to the special containers, it can be easily carried and used everywhere and can be used without any problems. When necessary, it can be carried to any place.
*Due to its specially designed steam generator and boilers within its body, it immediately responds to your high-efficiency steam, hot water and service water demands within a short period of time.
*It successfully works under all kinds of weather conditions because the container is thermal- insulated.
*It can be completely and customizably designed and produced upon demand in the way as to provide steam only, service water or all. They are specially designed according to different demands.
*Because all the installation connections go out from a single point, its usage, assembly and maintenance are practical.
*Because the containers are specially designed according to the equipment used, they are very robust, useful and long-lasting.
*The size is small, suitable for transportation via trailer trucks or containers and their inner usage is designed in order to have the operators move comfortably.
*Containers are designed to remove all equipment easily to outside and take them inside. The front cover can be completely opened; thus its maintenance and repair is very easy. If required, doors can be assembled on the sides.
*They can be manufactured as suitable for all kinds of fuels (diesel oil, fuel-oil, gas, lpg etc.). It is placed on the fuel tank.
Primary Areas Of Usage Of A Mobile Station
A -As A Steam Power Curing Station
As we all know, usage of concrete has mostly changed into “Prefabricated Concrete” usage in our day.
At certain centers, concrete is poured in the concrete forms and it is cured via heat+steam effect and thus set and then conditioned. Concrete, with a normal setting period of 12-15 days, is conditioned within 7-8 hours due to steam and curing, also both more qualified and robust shapes and forms can be provided by molds.
Today, the viaducts and bridges that we pass over via highways, tunnels that we penetrate the mountains, rapidly rising huge buildings, pipes and joint parts of our water and canalization system, transformer centers of our factories, pillars and beams of our factories, isolation and division parts and walls on the highways, railway traverses and thousands of applications can be produced as both fast and very prompt and durable via the concrete curing stations.
B- Applications Of A Concrete Plant
As known in the past, when the constructions were interrupted in winter, our workers were sent to their home or they had waited at their homes. Capability of our foreign companies to do work was largely limited.
Depending on the design of the concrete plant; steam, steam + hot water and superheated water can be required during the storage, transfer and usage of hot water, aggregate in the concrete construction for the plant.
In the areas where the temperatures decrease to -10 0C – -55 0C; when the aggregates or gravels and sand are filled in a bunker, the usage and transfer of such materials is not possible because the particles stick together and they form a bulk. The hot concrete that is filled in the mixer by mixing with hot water can be carried for miles and application can be done at any place. Today, by courtesy of the Mobile Stations, construction can continue regardless summer/winter conditions at very low temperatures. Mobile Stations have a great share in the unnoticeable hidden support behind rapidly built airports, rapidly rising skyscrapers, and rapidly progressive highways, bridges, viaducts, and tunnels as well as our contractors riding high abroad.
C- For All The Essential Requirements At Work Sites
As know, during the construction of buildings;
-Central heating water is required for heating the container
-Service water is required for shower and kitchen needs.
-Steam+hot service water is required for the kitchen or dishwashing unit.
It is possible to provide all of them togeher or separately from one Mobile Station. It is possible to make a station that only produces heater water. It is also possible to produce steam/utility water and heator water in a single station.
*Is a mobile station that can perform multi-purpose (Steam+Hot water+Central heating system) productions.
Also, as can be seen in the below mentioned figure, the production of mobile stations where 1500 people can take a shower at the same time is possible.
It is also possible to produce mobile stations for different purposes that can include various separate functions inside. As an example, Mobile Stations can be produced for various purposes including hydrophore, purification system, fuel tanks and fuel ring station.
One of the advantages of a Mobile Stations is that is portable. In case the work at a work site is completed, it can be carried to other work sites or places.
Recently, Mobile Stations make a major contribution to rapidly developing construction sector and also the Turkish Contracting Sector that have performed and have been performing very successful works throughout the world. Also lately, Mobile Stations have been successfully used via the on-site applications of steam curing methods in “Tunnel Formwork Systems” in the buildings. As can be explicitly seen that Mobile Stations is seen as a very strong opportunity in the long term that will lead up Turkish Construction Sector and will strengthen the competition opportunities.
