Our main field of activity can be briefly defined as “Predictive Maintenance Systems”. We are an engineering company which was established in 2010 in order to provide measurement, consultancy and training services to industrial plants as well as any kind of large or small scale operations.
Established in Kocaeli with the intention of offering a predictive maintenance service, Maray Makina today works with Turkey’s factories that lead the field, grows and makes progress in line with its objectives, and continues to take its quality to higher levels through the investments in technology In order to provide faster and more efficient services in the Aegean region, our Izmir branch also began to operate in 2017
Can you tell about your service solutions?
Considering today’s market-competition conditions and accordingly the expectations and demands of the production target audience, the production sustainability and the continuity of the operations particularly in the manufacturing sector have a great importance. During the process of continuity of the production and achieving the targets of the operations, the most important point in the manufacturing sector is preventing production from being interrupted. We encounter the importance of “Predictive Maintenance System” to eliminate this interruption and the negativity that is caused by the unexpected and unpredictable malfunctions and may stop the process flow. The matter in question has become important in all the large and small manufacturing and service sectors without any exception as an operation culture.
The concept defined as Predictive Maintenance and Planned Maintenance appears in the cement sector more specifically. As we all know, the most efficient and oldest area that the approach of Predictive Maintenance is practiced is particularly the cement sector. All production flow from the crusher, the first stage of the process flow including the raw material supply, to the packaging unit, the final product stage, has an completely interconnected integrated chain structure. All the units and equipment in the process chain in question are the items that interconnect and complete one another. Preventing unexpected stops and malfunctions within this process flow in the cement sector is possible by means of measures to be taken. Necessary visits and measurements are periodically performed particularly in the cement sector, however, the cases that have been experienced shows the fact that this matter must be handled in a more efficient, permanent and productive way. Because the predictive maintenance is to take measures as a result of certain measurements and analyses before experiencing any malfunction. At this point, simple cases that may fail to be noticed will be prevented from causing more serious and big problems by taking necessary measures and actions as a result of measurements and analyses performed earlier and turning towards predictive maintenance methods with an external point of view, outside the operation’s own structure. Accordingly, we came to an agreement with Emerson, the world giant in its sector, in 2016 with regard to the sale, installation and start-up of the Online Predictive Machine Health Tracking Systems and became their partner authorized in this field in Turkey . In this way, we aim to add positive value to our country and industry by offering quality and reliable services while Turkish industry adapts to the modern technologies in the predictive maintenance field.
