How was the year 2019 for your company in consideration of your sector and Turkey
in particular?
We were successful in 2019 in providing the most proper solutions and high quality products to our customers in our field of activities with the most competent personnel which is the main objective of our company. Particularly, with many concerns existing globally and in the Turkish economy at the onset of 2019, the investments increasing toward the mid of the year helped us to finished the year successfully. With the innovations brought forward thanks to being in a country, open to development and with high potential, we think that the sector stirred in mid 2019 will go on in 2020 without slowing down. The year 2019 was a year when we improved our sales and after-sale services, technically expanded our product range by means of new projects, and reinforced our service network. The greatest factor in such development is surely efforts and competence of our employees. Another important factor is the strong ties we established with our business partners and their trust and supports toward our company.
What are the developments of your company in this year, such as investments, new products, launchings, etc.?
Our company make its greatest investment to its employees; in 2019, our teams of Sales and Technical Services organized 36 training in total in and out of the country. Such trainings are very important in terms of professional development and competence, and in 2020, we plan to continue such trainings. In all the sectors we operate, particularly cement, energy, iron and steel, glass, and waste water, we organize technical trainings for all our product ranges as was the case for our end users in our projects commissioned in 2019. Having included Technical Safety Gas Sensing System, Constant Emission Measuring Systems, Process Gas Analysis Systems, and Combustion Technologies in our product range, we collaborated with “LDI” Company in 2019. We are the authorized solution partner of LDI in Turkey, the producer of the systems determining, in real time, oil leakages (fuel oils, marine diesel oils, crude oils, diesel, gasoline, kerosene, etc.) in water arising from external or industrial process water by means of the state-of-theart technology wireless sensor.
Honeywell gas and flame sensing systems bring novelty to sensor technologies with technological advancements as well as integrating its wireless technology to many products utilizing the gas sensing concept. It aims to reduce investment costs with its wireless control unit and detectors.
We design a unique system for “Furnace Passage Gas Analysis” for many factories, such as Siemens and Enotec brands, encountering difficulties in workplaces. As well as taking the sustainable measurement quality to higher levels by means of this application utilized in various domestic and foreign factories, we lowered the maintenance labor to a minimum level. Accordingly, we were able to provide our customers with high quality and reliable measuring systems along daily routine checks.
Along with the products of our suppliers dealing with Constant Emission Measuring Systems, such as Gasmet and Durag, we combined our large service network across Turkey, and continued providing our customers with highly productive and sustainable service.
In general, what are your expectations in 2020? What are your targets and general strategies for this year?
We believe that 2020 will be a year of changes and advancements for our company. We have launched the reorganization process for consolidation and growth of our team of Technical Services. Meanwhile, we aim to expand our customer range along with our growing sales team. As targeted since the foundation of our company, we will resume our march to be the leading company in every field of our activities. We will shape new strategies with our business partners and our consolidated communication and technical infrastructure. We aim and expect the year 2020 be a year for our company in which our accomplishments of 2019 will be doubled with the works scheduled for such a target.
What sectorial developments do you expect this year?
On the onset of 2019, companies were a little timid in making investments. In consideration of the last quarter of 2019, we think that investments will increase in many sectors, and this year, the companies will trust to the economy. We anticipate that 2020 will be a good year for our ongoing projects and our potential.
