The fact that we continued to experience the pandemic which entered our lives the previous year, throughout 2021, has provided us with a platform to organize and develop the changes we have made to our working methods. The forest fires and mucilage problem in Turkey has affected all of us deeply and has made us more aware of the importance of the protection of our nature and the conditions that surround us. The meaning of our work has gained more importance due to the contribution of our company’s working areas not only to the facilities but also to nature by controlling environmental factors. With all this awareness, it has been a year in which we continued to increase our strength with the power of the brands we represent. As we start to offer new solutions in different processes with our expanding product portfolio, we have continued to provide solution-oriented engineering services in all areas we work in.

Many events took place in 2021 and we continue to feel the effects of many of these events, and it looks like we will continue to do so for a while. The effect of the pandemic on material supply has been the biggest obstacle we faced in every area of work and we believe that this effect will continue in 2022. Similarly, the logistics network has also been affected. While all these lead to an increase in production costs, they also caused increased investment costs when combined with the unknown market conditions. In fact, we can say that there has been no area that was not affected by the events, since all are related to each other. The year 2021 taught us to be more flexible and offer more efficient solutions with less cost.
Our company has been growing every year since its establishment and aims to continuously add new solutions to its portfolio. It was a successful year in which we did not deviate from our goals and continued to develop. The fact that we closed the year 9% above our target turnover, allowed us to start 2022 even stronger. We continued to be a pioneer in different sectors with the new solutions we offered. With the importance we place on customer satisfaction, it was a year in which we were able to measure customer satisfaction by carrying out studies focused on such and invested in development in this area. Despite all the challenging conditions, we took action to improve the working conditions of our employees and continued our in-house trainings. To better convey our expertise of our work areas to our customers, we continued to reach them with many sector- and application-specific blog posts throughout the year.

Our most important goal in 2022 is to continue to offer the most accurate and quality solutions as always and to make investments to improve our service quality. We continue to work on a service package that will also offer privileges to our contracted customers. Another important issue we want to focus on in 2022 is digital transformation. With a digital infrastructure that we will implement in 2023 we aim to work faster and more efficiently both within and outside the company.
