Akçansa crowns its achievements with its human-oriented works and innovative projects that contribute to the digital transformation of the industry in human resources management, with awards given by reputable platforms. The institution achieved an important success with 4 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze awards in the “Stevie Awards for Great Employers” program, one of the globally respected award platforms of the business world.
Akçansa shapes its practices and projects in the field of human resources around the vision of being the preferred employer by creating a unique work culture where employees feel valued and can learn continuously.
Differentiating itself in the sector with the Digital Academy, which it launched in 2020 in order to enable employees to access the development opportunities they need anytime, anywhere, the institution offers a wide range of alternatives such as e-learning, self-study resources, video trainings, surveys and exams for employees in different positions through this platform. A total of 233 trainings were completed in the Digital Academy, where more than 60 percent of the employees entered in the first 3 months.
In order to combine the dynamism of the new generation with the experience in the company, Akçansa has implemented the Career Sycamore, a mentoring program consisting of 14 mentors and mentees, and brings together mentors and mentees throughout the year, and then evaluates them, with the project also accredited by the EMCC. The institution also determines mentors from group companies within the scope of the project.
