Bursa Cement continues to gather with its employees through various events. While awards were given to the OHS and suggestion champions of the company, plaques were issued to the employees who worked for the company for long years and now retiring. Held in the garden of the plant, during the ceremony awards were given to the OHS and suggestion champions of the company, plaques were issued to the employees who worked for the company for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years and the ones who are retiring.
Taking the ground during the event, General Manager of Bursa Cement, Osman Nemli said that they consider their employees as the greatest shareholder in the company’s success. Thanking all of their colleagues for their efforts and dedication, Nemli said, “I am very happy that we have gathered in such a valuable event. We are a big family and one of the major factors that makes Bursa Cement successful is our strong family ties.” Expressing that the demonstrated performances are highly valuable, Nemli wished continued success to the ones who won awards.
Going on growing and developing
Expressing that they will go on growing and developing by joining hands, Nemli said, “We are increasing our success momentum day by day. All of our colleagues have strived for this development individually. I am fully confident that we will achieve many successful projects together. We will always continue to take future-oriented steps and contribute to our national economy.”
