2016 was not an easy year for the companies selling industrial equipment. Some investments had to be postponed, halted, or canceled for a while due to the different problems that occurred during the year. At Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Oil Free Air Department, we concentrated on our customers’ existing projects and helped value-adding systems put into practice. Energy efficiency, on the other hand, continued to be an irreplaceable issue for our customers despite all kinds of problems.
In 2016 we offered solutions for all the pressure-air needs of the sector by making sales within modernization through establishing an entirely new cement plant, increasing the capacity of the existing plant, and making efforts regarding energy efficiency. In addition, in order to improve the compressed air quality, we supplied our adsorption dryers that take the water and moisture remaining in the compressed air to a minimum level. These dryers reduce the dew point to the level of -70°C under pressure, eliminating all the potential problems.
During the year we also focused on efficiency when it came to the low pressure air production, which is still needed in the sector. Up to 30 percent of energy efficiency offered by our blower equipment mainly preferred in the pneumatic conveying procedure continues to attract our customers.
We think that investments in the cement sector will continue in 2017 as well considering the ongoing construction, infrastructure projects, and the potential of our country.
We will continue to act as a solution partner and consultant for our customers this year as well. The most important missions of our competent sales network is to accurately analyze our customers’ needs and offer the most appropriate solution to them, helping them save energy and thus money. What is also very important to us is that we offer good after-sales services for our products, which stand out with their durability and suitability in the face of tough conditions such as that of the cement sector. We will continue to make a difference in the market with our 24/7 service network available throughout Turkey, as well as our experienced service technicians.
Our priority in 2017 is to achieve energy efficiency, to establish long-term business partnerships, and to offer quality services.
