CEGA, which has been significantly contributing to the Turkish cement sector with its investments and domestic capital, celebrates its 10th anniversary in the sector this year. It continues to grow with its Concrete Chemicals production plant, which began operating in 2016.
With our Concrete Laboratory established in early 2016, we aim to produce top quality cement and concrete and create an exemplary Construction Materials Laboratory.
We make use of the developing technologies to ensure the continuity of our Construction Materials Laboratory where all concrete, cement, aggregate, water, and chemical additive tests are performed.
CEGA, a customer and market driven company, has been developing top quality and highly value adding products in line with the customer demands in order to meet the needs of factories. We aim to continue this very understanding also in our new factory whose ongoing construction in Düzce is expected to be completed by 2017. With our new plant, we plan to broaden our product range to include joint filters and floor covering materials. Our goal with this investment is to increase our production and storage capacity almost ten times.
Although 2017 is not expected to be a successful year due to the current business cycle, CEGA will continue its investments no matter what. We have no future other than this country. As our future and the future of our company are in line with each other, we have to continue to produce and make investments. To this end, investing in the future of our country is one of our main duties.
Working with Turkey’s leading companies, CEGA continues to add to its prestigious position in the cement and concrete sectors with each passing year. In the light of our investments made in concrete chemicals last year, as well as our ever increasing turnover we aim to continue with an increased market share in 2017.
