We maintain leadership in measuring and weighing systems with our constant search for innovation and non-stop energy. First are load cells; second, Non-Automatic weighing systems Platform scale, Silo weighing and Vehicle scale; thirdly, Automatic weighing systems Bigbag bagging and CheckWeigher and finally Continuous weighing systems Belt scale, etc. We produce in our Izmir factory with 30 different product categories.

Tuna’s vehicle scales are distinguished by companies considered leaders in the sector. Our vehicle scales are offered in four models: TUNA TS1, TS2, TS3, and TS4.
One of our most preferred models in the industry is the TS-4 floor vehicle scale. The Tuna TS-4 Model is a self-ramped mobile scale that does not require infrastructure and is used in stock areas, factory entrances, and as a raw material buying-selling scale. It is mounted on the floor. You can easily climb onto the scale using reinforced concrete ramps. The scale consists of 3 parts and ramps. It consists of concrete lobes inside the right and left steel platforms. It stands out with its robust structure and affordable cost. The scale is produced by calculating the maximum strength according to the weighing capacity, which is 150% more than the capacity, and depending on their size, 4 to 10 pieces of C4 class stainless steel TCT-30t model domestic production load cells (loadcells) are used, each with a capacity of 30 tons, in OIML R60 standards.

Tuna TCT Load Cell, which we produce in high volume quantities. Made from two materials, stainless steel, and alloy steel, the TS model load cell is created especially for vehicle and wagon scales. The measurement area entirely covered by laser welding is in the IP68 protection class and works successfully in harsh industrial conditions. It has capacity options ranging from 10,000 kg to 50,000 kg.
