Once a leader develops and transforms himself/herself in every aspect within a system, this development makes a great contribution to the existence of the system in a healthier and stronger way. At this very point, one of the most enjoyable journeys that will substantially contribute to the development of leaders is “Executive Coaching”.

“Coaching is unlocking the potential for individuals to maximize their performance,” says John Whitmore. Coaching helps people learn rather than teaching them. We are like acorns, acorns that have the potential to be a great oak tree. We need nourishment, encouragement, and enlightenment to move forward, but oak trees already have that in themselves ”, he states.

How does executive coaching progress?
After the first interview, which we call a chemistry interview, we inform your about the number of sessions we need to study, what we will discuss in our sessions, which methods will be used and finally we prepare a special schedule for you. Our sessions take 50 minutes. We continue the coaching process, starting with vision, values and goals. During the session, we make assessments about the development areas. We aim to create a maximum benefit in coaching by using a number of elements from many different techniques according to your needs. After each session, we discuss your awareness, emerging belief systems, approaches, decisions and the basic behaviour patterns you will form in your life from now on, and we finish our sessions with your action plans in line with your long and short term goals.
