Providing Turnkey projects to its customers, local or overseas, in the cement, mining and energy industries, NBL Industry has started the commissioning stage of the Kilis Limak Cement Plant Project in the last quarter of 2018, which has been carried out contemporaneously with the Sivas Train Filling Project.
As part of the work, NBL delivered the installation of 600 t/h capacity Raw Material crusher and conveyor line, 400 t/h capacity Vertical Raw Mill and supplementary units, 900,000 m3/h capacity Raw Mill System Bag Filter, Hot gas piping and Steel construction and succeeded in completing a total installation of 4.000 tonnage, of which 2700 tonnage is for mechanical, 800 tonnage Steel and 500 tonnage Piping installation, just in 8 months and started the commissioning works.
It was necessary to complete and launch the project timely in order for the plant which is located in Kilis close to Syrian border to benefit from the export potential expected to emerge in the region.
