Since 1981, CETA has been providing services to heavy industry ranging from industrial turnkey projects to equipment manufacturing. The 4000 TPD “greenfield” cement plant project for Cimsa Afyon Cement began in June 2015 and the kiln was fired in December 2016. As the main contractor of the project, CETA was responsible for civil works, structural steel manufacturing works, technological and mechanical equipment manufacturing, structural and mechanical erection works, piping and fittings works, cladding and insulation.

Within the scope of the project the following units were built: Raw material crushing unit, additives crusher unit, pre-blending unit, additives storage, vertical raw mill, raw meal silo, 123 meters high preheater tower, rotary kiln (thrust roller driven) with 4.000 TPD capacity, clinker cooler, heat exchanger unit and bag filter systems, clinker silo, low alkali clinker silo, vertical coal mill, coal storage, 2 vertical cement mills, cement silo and 2 packing units.

Other ongoing projects include construction of Cement Grinding and Packing plant of the new 5.000 TPD clinker production line for Batisoke Soke Cement. CETA is responsible for civil construction works (concrete and steel), technological and mechanical equipment manufacturing, structural and mechanical erection works, piping and fittings works and insulation. The scope includes clinker conveying systems, additives storage, additive hoppers and conveying systems, vertical cement mill, cement silo, big bag, packing and palletting units.

Also, as part of Nuh Cement Plant’s 5th cement mill and conveying systems investment, CETA is responsible for 2 roller press units, mill feeding systems and feeding systems from the mill to the related cement silos. All static calculations and detailed projects (civil, steel structure and mechanical) as well as concrete, civil works, structural steel and equipment procurement works and erection works are in the scope of CETA.
