We add value to the values of companies in every sense, both with the satisfaction created by quality products in the field and with our aftersales customer services and after-sales services.
With our expert R&D team and innovative production techniques, we, as Tuna Tartı ve Elektronik Sistemleri, followed the technological developments very closely and made our investments and studies to produce digital loadcells.
By determining our optimal capacity in our Loadcell production line, we increased our production capacity 8 times in the first half of the year, as we had targeted. We have started all our feasibility studies so that our annual production of 45,000, which we target for 2021, will be 65,000 next year. We aimed to continuously improve the suggestion system with our teammates with whom we produce Loadcell, and we completed 3 big 6 sigma projects in order to increase production efficiency in our qualityoriented production line in the 6-month period of this year. In order to use the best quality materials and services by using supplier selection methods, we made our selection of intermediate material suppliers among suppliers that meet our quality standards and increased our intermediate material quality. We attach great importance to the technical training of our colleagues, who have electronic/mechanical professional skills and work in Loadcell production, through Tuna Academy. Our trainings are repeated in certain intervals and more detailed trainings are given to the necessary intermediaries, subject to the measurement and evaluation system. Thus, we try to be a part of continuous improvement. Our main types of Loadcells produced in our Loadcell production are divided into groups as Lama type Loadcell, S type Loadcell, Platform type Loadcell, Pressure type Loadcell and digital Loadcell.
If we talk about our Digital Loadcell product group in more detail, we manufacture our RS 485, 0-10 volt and 4.20 mA communication cards with a diameter of 24 millimeters and embed them in our load cells. Here, our load cells begin to serve as a transmitter. These products have a technology that is much longer lasting, much more sensitive and more competitive with global technologies.
Our loadcell transmitters are mostly used in the automation sector. They are mainly employed in systems where analog or RS 485 communication is requested together with PLCs in processes such as batches of companies. It is used as a converter and spacer for processes such as cement, aggregate and sand processes, especially in the construction sector, in the mining industry, petrochemistry, chemical and food industry, taking the information it receives from the load cell and sharing the information to the next process analogously.
Tuna TCT Load cell, which we produce with high volume numbers, and TS model load cell, which is produced from two different materials as stainless steel and alloy steel, are produced especially for use in vehicle scales and wagon scales. They are completely laser welded. The measurement area is in IP68 protection class and works successfully in harsh industrial conditions. There are capacity options from 10,000 kg to 50,000 kg.
At the beginning of our applications operating in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, the band control systems we call Checkwigher come. Tuna Checkweigher Systems are produced in three categories as T-MINI, T-MIDI and T-MAXI. It is produced with the aim of eliminating the faulty products detected by measuring the weights of the manufactured products separately while passing over the belt. Tuna Checkweighers, which can easily adapt to customer requests thanks to its modular structure, are designed based on the strict regulations in the food sector.
Thanks to Tuna Checkwighler’s simple-to-use software and easy-to-read touch screen, the status of your production line can be easily followed in real time with advanced graphic tables. Products outside the limits you have determined can be separated from your production line to multiple rejection pans with audible and light warning and reported when requested. Thanks to Tuna Checkweigher, your production lines will operate in accordance with the latest legislation and directives in the industry.
Tuna precision scales are preferred by the leading companies of the food and chemical industry. TUNA T-110, T-300, T-600, T-1100, T-3000 and T-6100 are electronic scales with a variety of models. The TUNA electronic balance has an overload protection function. It adopts fast and stable algorithm with anti-collision protection device, high precision A/D converter during transport. It offers three display options: Red LED, green LED and backlit LCD options are available. It is also supported with a micro USB charging interface. It is rustproof, waterproof and has IP69 protection class. In addition, it provides convenience to our users with its original design and being suitable for routine daily use.
Our Tuna Tartı ve Elektronik brand has become the leading brand of its sector as the solution partner of our customers. We also have a company called “Kantarburada.com” where online sales are available. We established our “Tuna Enerji” brand last year and here we offer services in software and process solutions in windmills and robotic systems. “Tuna Academy” has been working for two years.
The purpose of the Tuna Academy is to provide detailed training to the technical units of the companies related to measurement and weighing systems and to make these employees competent with certificates. Our aim is to provide the end user with a more conscious and high quality delivery of their products where our products are used. At the same time, we took this action in order to increase the operability of our products by maximizing the efficiency of Tuna Tartı products they use in their factories. Our trainings and registrations are currently ongoing.
