Seza Cimento Factory Manager Mehmet Ali Baysal stated that they are operating with a high quality philosophy in production and that the establishment of a safe work environment for their employees tis their main priority and added that they use robot applications, in this

respect, for all stages of production and postproduction sample analysis.

Expressing that they have adopted a production model equipped with modern systems at European standards in its factories built on a 55.000 square meter closed area in Elazig, Baysal said: “As a factory operating with a high quality philosophy in production and keeping a safe work environment as the primary priority for its employees, we use robot applications at all stages of production and at the stage of performing post-production sample analysis.” Stating that all of the products they produce are collected from the automated sampling systems pneumatically, gathered in the quality control laboratory and analyzed by RoboLAB quality control systems, Baysal emphasized: “Thanks to this technology, the number of samples taken during the production process increases and the analysis periods are shortened. With RoboLAB and automation applications, we are able to minimize the standard deviation in every stage of production by preventing mistakes caused by human factor.

Securing occupational safety in Seza is our first priority.
